At Oakleaf Marquees we believe it's not just the marquees but the little enhancements, personal touches and originality that make a lasting impact. The following list is a guide based on the most popular accessories we have available to hire. Don't worry if you can't find exactly what you're after as we can get hold of most things and always like a challenge!
Lighting
Effective lighting makes a huge difference to a marquee. We offer an array of warm white lighting options including: festoon lights, fairy lights, chandeliers, uplights, spotlights and paper lanterns in a variety of colours. Click here for more information.

Dance Floors
You can't moonwalk properly on carpet! If there's going to be dancing at your event, we highly recommend you hire a dance floor. If you're having a ceilidh/barn dance you'll need a very large dance floor. Click here to see our range of dance floors

Tables
We offer round and rectangular 'trestle' tables including the more basic plywood tables designed to be concealed by table cloths plus a range of more rustic and attractive wooden farmhouse style tables. Click here to see our table options

Chairs
We offer a few different chairs including the stylish Crossback and traditional Chiavari in a range of finishes including limewash, natural wood, silver and gold. Interchangeable seat pads make it easy to match your colour theme. Click here to see our various chair options

Toilets
One area we never scrimp is on portable toilets so if you're after a tardis style portaloo we can't help you! We only offer luxury units that come with oak panelling, porcelain bowls, premium soaps, warm water, heating and hand towels.

Bar Furniture
We offer a range of bar furniture including stunning illuminated, rustic wooden rectangular and fully round, silver bar units and polished oak counters plus classy high-back leather bar stools and poseur tables.

Chill-out Areas
Whether you want a chill-out area inside or outside, within the main marquee or in a dedicated marquee, we can cover every option. We have leather sofas in black and white, rattan style furniture, outdoor furniture, coffee tables and some great chill-out lighting options. Click here to check out some of the options

External Lighting
The marquee looks amazing in the dark, but what about the garden you've spent months preparing? Can guests find their cars? We have tree uplights, floodlights, festoon lights, fairy lights and flaming torches at your disposal.

Generators
A reliable power source is an absolute must for events. Our 45kva super-silenced diesel generators are more than ample for powering bands, discos, lighting, caterers and more. They are supplied with all the leads and sockets you'll need to power everything plus fuel for 24 hours use. See our blog post on power here for more information about powering your event.

Entrance Porches
Our elegant oriental canopies or 'Chinese hat' marquees make great entrance porches, chill-out areas, bars and are also great on their own. The walls can be removed easily to provide attractive awnings for drink receptions. They come fully lined, floored and lit to match the main marquee. We offer them in 3m x 3m and 6m x 6m sizes. We also supply regular marquee roof style porches.

Heaters
Who says that marquees are just for summer events? A warm marquee in winter can be wonderfully inviting and atmospheric - particularly at Christmas. Our heaters are indirect diesel powered space heaters controlled by a thermostat.

Service Marquees
In addition to your main marquee, it is likely you'll need either a catering marquee and/or a bar marquee. We can provide both with flooring and lighting.

Reveal Curtains
Also known as a dividing curtain or magic curtain, reveals are perfect for dividing a marquee into sections or creating a 'ta da!' moment. They're often used to separate the dance floor and dining areas of a marquee.

Starlight Ceilings
A starlight ceiling looks incredible above a dance floor or even the whole marquee. We offer them in black and ivory. The black starlight ceiling blocks out sunshine at summer functions which makes dancers less self-conscious.

PA Systems
We have an 800w Mackie system suitable for speeches, background and dancing music which comes with radio microphone. Bigger systems are available on request up to 5kw.

Staging
We stock industry standard 'litedeck' blocks which are 8ft x 4ft. These can be fitted with legs to build a stage up to 1m high.

Disco Lights
Our disco lighting package comprises mirror ball, scanners, effects lights, smoke machine and strobe light all rigged on a lighting truss over the dance floor and ready to party.

Fridge Trailers
We offer a fleet of 10ft Humbaur fridge trailers with over 9 cubic metres of space inside. These are the ideal solution to keeping your booze nicely chilled!
